Mr. Zhu Maijin was born in October 1970.He holds a master degree, captain, and is the chairman of the board, Party secretary of the company. Mr. Zhu had been the tanker captain of China Shipping Development Co., Ltd., director of sea affairs of ship management department, assistant to the company general manager and general manager of ship management department. Since August 2013, he had served as deputy general manager of China Shipping Tanker Transportation Co., Ltd., In June 2016, he served as general manager of COSCO SHIPPING Tanker(Shanghai)Co., Ltd. Since December 2018, he has been the director, general manager and deputy party secretary of the company. Since April 2019, he served as the executive director and general manager of COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. He has taken his current position Since January 2020.
Mr. Rui Meng, born in November 1967, is a Ph.D. of Finance, currently an external director of COSCO SHIPPING Dalian Investment Co., Ltd. He is a Professor of Finance and Accounting and Zhongkun Group Chair in Finance at China Europe International Business School (“CEIBS”)，and the Director of Ph.D. Programme and Director of CEIBS Center for Wealth Management. He holds a B.S. degree in International Economics (1990) from the Institute of International Relations in Beijing, a Msc. degree in Economics (1993) from Oklahoma State University as well as an MBA in Statistics (1995) and a Ph.D. in Finance (1997), both from the University of Houston. He was also professionally designated as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Dr Rui worked in finance and accounting departments at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and was a tenured professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He served as the deputy director of the China Accounting and Finance Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a senior researcher of Economic and Financial Research Center of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the deputy director of Corporate Governance Research Center of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, director of the master of accounting (MACC) program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and director of the program of Executive Master of Accounting (EMPACC) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Rui is also an award winning teacher and researcher. He is a member of Risk Management Committee of Shanghai Clearing House, a member of American Finance Association, International Financial Management Association, the American Accounting Association, and The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. He was a former member of the Panel of Examiners of the Securities Industry Examination of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was a visiting financial economist at Shanghai Stock Exchange, research fellow at Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research and research fellow at Asian Development Bank Institute.
Mr. Ren Yuanqing, born in December 1965, holds a bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering Management from the department of Marine Engineering at Dalian Maritime University, and anEMBA degree from Shanghai Maritime University. He is currently the company's Directorand General Manager, as well as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. He previously served as Chief Engineer andMaintenance Supervisor of the Ship Technology Department, and asDeputy Section Chief of the Maintenance Supervision Department of the CHINESE-POLISH JOINT STOCK SHIPPING COMPANY. He also served as Maintenance Supervisor and Manager of the Ship Technology Department at the Poland branch of the CHINESE-POLISH JOINT STOCK SHIPPING COMPANY, General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of SHANGHAI CP INT'L SHIP MANAGEMENT & BROKER CO.,LTD, Professional Ship Management Assistant at the CHINESE-POLISH JOINT STOCK SHIPPING COMPANY, and General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai CP Shipping Management Co., Ltd. In September 2016, he became General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of theChina-Tanzania United Shipping Company, before taking on the roleofGeneral Manager andParty Secretaryin August 2019. During this period, he participated in "the 4th Study onthe Central Enterprise Management Training Course"organized by the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. Since June 2022, he has been the company's Directorand General Manager,as well as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee.
Mr. Xu Muhan, born in September 1960, graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with honors and received a master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He is currently an external director of COSCO SHIPPING Dalian Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu Muhan served in the People's Liberation Army from 1977 to 1992. He participated in the General Electric China Senior Certified Training Course organized by the Central Organization Department, the general manager training course of Cornell University, and the DFID China Investment training course of Manchester Business School. In the course from 1992 to 2006, he served in Fujian, China Investment Group and Hong Kong China Travel Group. From 2007 to 2016, he served as member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Tourism Group (formerly Hong Kong China Travel Service Group)， and have served concurrently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong China Travel International Investment Corporation (Hong Kong Red Chip Index Company), Chairman of China Travel Service Corporation, and Chairman of the Hong Kong China Travel Service Hotel Group. In 2016, he became the CEO of MTR China Business.

Ms. Yu Zhenhong, who was born in February 1975, holds a bachelor of administration and a master of engineering, Dalian Maritime University. She is the deputy general Manager and Party committee member of the company. Ms. Yu had been the manager of the Planning Department of the Strategic Development Department , the deputy general manager of the Strategic Department and the manager of the Investment Office, Dalian Ocean Shipping Company. In August 2016, she served as the general manager of the Strategy & Management Department of COSCO SHIPPING Tanker(Dalian)Co., Ltd. Since April 2018, she has also served as the chairman of COSCO SHIPPING Plaza (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Since January 2019, she has been the general manager of the Strategy Department / Investment Department. She has taken his current position Since January 2020.
