On June 7, COSCO SHIPPING Dalian Investment Co., Ltd., the Dalian Municipal People's Government,and the Administrative Committee of Dalian Changxing Island Economic andTechnology Development Zone signed a cooperation agreement.

On March 8, the first newly-built 5,500m³ LPG vessel "Mudanyuan" was successfully delivered.

On June 30, the newly-built 5,500m³LPG vessel "Jin Guiyuan" was successfully delivered.

On August 10, Phase I of Changxing Island Chemical Logistics Park Project was completed and Phase II started construction simultaneously.

On September 26, the Company signed a cooperation agreement on hydrogen-based green energy logistics with Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd.

On November 28, the Company signed an agreement with Dalian COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry on the newbuilding of 9,000m³ ethylene multipurpose carrier and 6,300m³LPG/liquid ammonia carrier.

On January 11, Dalian COSCO Marine Chemical Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. was officially registered.

On October 26, the company was receiving the very large gas carrier (VLGC)"GAS ARIES" carrier, renamed "Changxingyuan" carrier, and naturalized in Yangshan Port, China.

On November 11, the "Changxingyuan" carrier held a flag-changing ceremony, becoming the world's first VLGC with a five-star red flag.

On December14, the company successfully held the first (2022) China LPG Industry Summit in Shanghai in cooperation with Shanghai Oil and Gas Trading Center, Shanghai Securities News, China Financial Information Center, Sinopec Refinery Product Sales co.,Ltd., Sinochem International Cooperation and other units.

On July 21, the foundation of Changxing Island Chemical Logistics Park was laid.

On July 22, the COSCO SHIPPING Plaza (Dalian) Conference Center was successfully capped.

On October 13, the company signed an agreement with China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Yangzhou) Dingheng Co., Ltd on two new vessels of 5500 cubic meters of LPG.

On December 31, the company signed a joint venture agreement with COSCO Marine Logistics for the Changxing Island Chemical Logistics Park project.

On June 29, the foundation of the COSCO SHIPPING Plaza (Dalian) Conference Center was officially laid.

On July 19, Longpeng Company, affiliated to the company, was newly receiving the LPG vessel "Jixiangyuan", and the LPG transport capacity increased to 6vessels.

On August 27, the company signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Shanghai Linker Group.

On February 21, COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian Co., Ltd. was unveiled.
