The Company has established its Party Committee (Committee of the Communist Party of China, COSCO Dalian Investment Co., Ltd.) to organize and lead the party construction work in the Company. It has also established its Discipline Inspection Commission, Workers Union, Youth League Committee and other party or mass organizations.

Authorized by the Leading Party Group of the COSCO SHIPPING, the Party Committee of the Company is also responsible for coordinating and managing the party construction progress in the subordinate units of the Group stationed in Dalian and/or in other places.
